The Dynamic Foundation is a veteran owned 501(c) 3 non-profit organization founded to facilitate the development of housing, education and job training for the future. Our motto is “for big problems you need bigger solutions”. The Dynamic Foundation is designed specifically to help our veterans, moderate to low income persons, and children living in poverty. The Dynamic Foundation has always chosen to help those in need and furthermore those who want and desire a true change in their own life. TDF’s goals are simple; we help people become more productive, goal oriented, and stabilize socioeconomics.

KERA News reports “From 2000 to 2012, the number of poor people in Dallas rose by 41 percent. That far outweighs the city's overall 5 percent population growth during the same period.”

The mixture of Child Poverty and Veteran issues is a problem that deserves a plan to reduce and remove where possible.

Understanding the Effects:
Poverty can impede children’s ability to learn and contribute to social, emotional, and behavioral problems. Poverty also can contribute to poor and mental health. Risks are greatest for children who experience poverty when they are young and/or experience deep and persistent poverty. Child poverty is unnecessary and the greatest threat to our future, national, economic and military security.
As early as 24 months, children in low-income families have been found to show lags in cognitive and behavioral development compared to their peers in higher income families.
The achievement gap starts early in their life and can be difficult to reverse.
