During his Air Force career, SSgt White was a C-130 Dedicated Crew Chief, so exceptional at his job, they named a multi-million dollar aircraft in his honor, and he was responsible for saving the lives of 7 men during an enemy attack while deployed on a routine sortie mission. In 2001, Dennis was hand-selected to join the United States Air Force Presidential Honor Guard, where he continued to excel above and beyond. He was top of his class during their very vigorous training, crowned unanimously as Commander-in-Chief in Leadership School. He was then hand-selected to honor President Ronald Reagan during his final walk down the Congressional Path. As a Presidential Honor Guardsman, he has buried over 2500 fallen soldiers, trained over 1200 troops, participated, coordinated, and lead well over 3000 distinguished ceremonies and "honors" and remained a top-performer throughout his career; respected and adored.
Highly regarded for his service, Sergeant White's career decorations and awards include the National Defense Medal; the Joint Service Commendation Medal; Joint Service Achievement Medal; Air Force Commendation Medal; Air Force Achievement Medal; Pentagon Service Medal; Pacific Theater Outstanding Unit Award; Presidential Honor Guard Outstanding Unit Award; Overseas Longevity Medal and the Air Force Good Conduct Medal (x2).
After separating the Air Force, Dennis continued his excellence and dedication to service by starting a non-profit organization that assists low-income families achieve self-sufficiency, fighting to counter the effects of poverty, homelessness and foreclosure. His vision is re-framing our communities by beginning to heal from the roots of the problems and by providing the proper tools and guidance to see their goals through, communities, individuals, and families will become stronger and self sufficient, and our society will see vast improvement in economic stability. Dennis is selfless, caring, passionate and motivated. A true professional; he has always been a Top-Performer with exceptional interpersonal, communication and public relations skills that allow the development of strong rapport with individuals on all levels. The CEO of The Dynamic Foundation is Leslie M. Tennie a production expert with a consistency and patriotism that is unparalleled. The great substance and capabilities of our President range from Prestigious Service Management in Southern California in the mid-90’s to the Power of the Pentagon working for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Joint & National Security Council, Air Force War Planners, and Secretary of Defense. During 9/11 Leslie was assigned to the Joint Chiefs of Staff / Joint & NSC Matters, held a Top-Secret/SCI Security clearance, and was hand-selected to activate the Pentagon Crisis Action Team (CAT) based on her previous experience working for the Combined Forces Command in Seoul, Korea. Leslie is a key ingredient to the overall effectiveness of TDF’s systems and it is her ingenuity that allows for seamless partnerships and transitions. During service to our country Leslie was promoted Below-the-Zone, awarded the National Service Defense Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, and Air Force Achievement Medal. Leslie was a great Airman for the U.S. Air Force and is a great leader for The Dynamic Foundation. This is one CEO that packs a punch for production.
Carlos Pina is a Dallas, Texas native and comes to The Dynamic Foundation with over 15 years of dedicated service to the community. Exemplary leader, Carlos is a motivated super-achiever; he spent nearly a decade in various leadership roles in the public sector. In previous experiences, Carlos served as division manager for real estate foreclosures at one of the top law groups in North Dallas. His area of expertise is residential real estate and has previously managed real estate portfolios in excess of $600 million. Carlos also has experience in pharmaceuticals and providing excellent customer service. He understands the needs for the community and brings with him his experiences for project management, fiscal management, fundraising, strategic and program planning, outreach and evaluation as well as leadership development.
Dr. Battle an experienced educator in both higher education and corporate most recently with Texas Woman’s University. Dr. Battle taught graduate level courses in both the Master’s and Doctoral programs in Library and Information Science in a face-to-face and online environment. Dr. Battle has an earned doctorate from University of North Texas in Information Science an interdisciplinary structured program, (Interdisciplinary Information Science Ph.D. (IIS PHD).
Dr. Battle’s area of concentration included: philosophy and theories of information representation, ethnography of information systems. Information technology standards development and application, theories of human information behavior, roles of user needs in information systems design, information policy, information flow in corporate, biomedical, legal, and government settings and information technology issues of ethics, privacy, and security, etc.
On the corporate side Dr. Battle tenured 13 years with IBM as an Advisory Systems instructor, where he developed/co-developed, implemented and taught problem source identification courses across IBM enterprise systems. He held other positions in systems and software support.

The Dynamic Foundation’s Director of Marketing, Joel C. Battle II, comes to us from the windy city, Chicago, Il, with a Business Degree from North Central Texas College. Joel has an exemplary record of achievement in Marketing and Sales for over a decade. Having previously held the positions at IBM and Microsoft he consistently over-achieved territory revenue plan, and profit targets in excess of 100%. Experienced in consultative sales in global markets of Finance/Banking, Insurance, Independent Software, Legal, Construction, Real Estate, Engineering, Media and Transportation leading strategic opportunity sales planning to grow revenue and meet scorecard targets. He has great people skills, and capabilities to resolve consumer conflicts with ease and success, maintain budget targets, focus on key points and drive business to new partners, customers and build strong working relationships with executives. Joel’s track record for production and target mark is irreproachable and his passion for our mission is exceptional and unwavering.
Jon is a valued asset to our dynamic team as Director of Information Technology (IT). He’s earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from St. Edward’s University, Austin, Texas, has a decade of experience in Information Technology and speaks, French, Spanish and English. Jon’s father is a Marine who has dedicated his life to the service of our country, and Jon has a deeply embedded passion to help our veterans.
